ARG Refresher Workshop

A refresher course for Countdown employees who have already completed the ALS Full Workshop.

The workshop includes a review of successes and challenges over the past 12 months, a refresher on the Law, CD Policy & Practice, age and intoxication calibration and a module on Conflict Management.

You will learn the language and communication of denying a sale through practical interactive exercises.

Attendance is by invitation of Store Management and requires successful completion of the full ALS course.
